About Us
HiiL (Hijaazi Institute of Islamic Learning) is an educational, developmental, research, and community-oriented organization dedicated to the intellectual, moral, and practical uplift of individuals, families, and society in the light of the Qur’an and Sunnah. We firmly believe that the true revival and progress of the Muslim Ummah can only be achieved through the harmonious integration of Knowledge, Character, and Excellence (Ilm, Adab & Fann), for it is character and ethics that give purpose to knowledge and meaning to skills.
We promote the understanding that knowledge is more than the accumulation of information, character is more than formal etiquette, and excellence is more than technical proficiency. Together, these three pillars cultivate balanced, principled, and impactful individuals. When knowledge is guided by character and skills are directed by ethical values, people become a source of benefit for themselves, their communities, and the wider Ummah.
To this end, Hijaazi Services is engaged in a range of initiatives including Qur’anic education and reflection, Islamic research, academic guidance, youth development, leadership training, family strengthening, community welfare, and skills development. We strive to develop educational and training resources that connect faith with understanding, knowledge with action, and expertise with service.
Our vision is to contribute to a society where the guidance of the Qur’an, the wisdom of the Sunnah, the light of knowledge, the refinement of character, and the pursuit of excellence come together to shape individuals and transform communities. We are convinced that the revival of the Ummah depends upon the balanced cultivation of knowledge, character, and excellence.

Founder
His journey has been shaped by a simple conviction: knowledge should not remain confined to books; it should build people, strengthen communities, and inspire meaningful contribution.
He began His education in the traditional Islamic sciences through the Dars-e-Nizami, followed by an LL.B from Quaid-e-Azam Law College, Lahore, where he studied law on a scholarship established for madrasa graduates. I later completed an MPhil in Islamic & Arabic Studies from Government College University, Lahore. His academic and professional journey has brought his into teaching, legal research, Islamic scholarship, writing, editing, and creative communication.
He has taught Islamic jurisprudence, evidence, legal ethics, Muslim personal law and related subjects, while working with legal publications and research projects. Alongside this academic and professional work, his involvement in Qur’an teaching, khutbah, Islamic education and community service has kept his work connected to everyday human needs.
HiiL is an extension of that journey. Through its three dimensions—Ilm, Adab and Fann—his aim is to make knowledge meaningful, character beautiful, and creativity purposeful.
He hopes this platform can contribute, however modestly, to nurturing a generation that learns deeply, lives responsibly, creates beautifully, and serves humanity with faith and wisdom.
